TUSD to discuss hunt for new chief

The Tucson Unified School District governing board will discuss the search for a new superintendent in an executive session at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
It will be held in the board conference room at district headquarters, 1010 E. 10th St. It is closed to the public.
The regular board meeting, which is open to the public, will begin at 6 p.m. in the board room, also at the headquarters.
The board will vote on the superintendent's 2007-08 salary increase, wages and benefits for members of the superintendent's executive team and community involvement in the superintendent search process.
