Though it's the little sibling to Janos Wilder's upscale Janos, the more affordable and casual J-Bar offers the same precision and detail of the celebrity chef's French-inspired take on Southwestern cuisine. The finest local ingredients are used in dishes such as the jerked pork, served with a cranberry-habanero chutney, and vegetarian combo plate with calabacitas and eggplant. Located inside the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, you might be inclined to dress up – and that's totally appropriate – but you'll likely see folks wander in wearing shorts and t-shirts as well.
