Saturday, 21 November, 2009 - 'DeGrazia: 100 Years, 100 Works' Exhibit

Curated by Kristine Peashock, the exhibit includes 100 significant examples of the artist's work, which brought him international acclaim. The show, on view through Jan. 2010, is  arranged chronologically and aims to show viewers the wide range of mediums and styles DeGrazia worked in throughout his extraordinary career. In addition to the retrospective exhibition, the gallery will also celebrate DeGrazia Centennial Weekend on June 13-14. The gallery is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. except New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Saturday, 21 November, 2009 - Locomotive Saturdays

Learn and have all your steam locomotive questions answered by knowledgeable volunteers at the Locomotive #1673 ramada during this Saturday's program, which explores transportation history in Southern Arizona through interactive museum exhibits. Visitors can listen and look at the modern day freight trains passing by, ring the locomotive bell, have their photo taken with the 'Doc' Holiday and Wyatt Earp life-size sculpture or just relax on an original 1941 bench while taking in the beauty of the restored and still operating passenger lobby.
