Returns from today's election:
With 100 percent of the vote counted, Democrats Karin Uhlich and Nina Trasoff have unseated incumbent Republican councilmembers Kathleen Dunbar and Fred Ronstadt. Steve Leal, who was unopposed, cruised to an easy victory in Ward 5.
Proposition 100, which would have raised the salaries of Mayor and Council, was narrowly defeated. Proposition 400, home rule for the city of Tucson, passed with 62 percent of the vote.
