The new year is an ideal time for caregivers and patients to make a resolution to get help from the Southern Arizona Head and Neck Cancer Support Group, said Mindy Herman, secretary and treasurer of the group.

The group, which usually meets the first Tuesday of the month, will meet instead on Jan. 2, because of the New Year's holiday, Herman said.

Meetings start at 6 p.m. at Pima County Medical Society Services, 5199 E. Farness Drive, Herman said.
